On Tuesday, April 13, 2021, the CRAM-MD5 authorization method on  smtp server smtp.forpsi.com will be disabled for domains with their names beginning with the numbers 3 to 9, or the letter a (up to ag, including their aliases). The CRAM-MD5 authorization method is outdated and a large number of mail servers have disabled this authorization      method. We are also taking this step to keep our security levels as high as possible.

If your main domain starts with the numbers 3 to 9, or the letter a (up to ap) and you get an authorization error when sending an email, check the smtp server settings according to the article in our knowledge base https://support.forpsi.com/kb/a4210/. In case of any problems, please contact our customer support.
